Inclusion policies - what works and what doesn't    

A good and healthy working atmosphere is created when individual people each bring their own opinions, knowledge, and experience. Inclusive environments tend to be more adaptable, creative, and better qualified. But how do you achieve this? What strategies work and which do not?
